Our Story
Being raised by my grandmother and Aunts, as early as age 14 years old I spent most of my time in the kitchen helping with chores and around the kitchen and, soon developed a love for the different techniques, used to roll soft dough, make cake batter from scratch. Seeing the spices and flavors used for our three-layer cakes, pound cakes, and pies.
Baking was instilled in me it became a hobby. We baked pound cakes for Church, Special occasions, as well as bake sales for schools and community centers in our area. I love seeing smiles on customers’ faces as they taste our cakes.
Thereafter, I had a passion for baking homemade pound cakes. Soon, I was bringing pound cakes to every family event. Friends encouraged me to start a business and I did. Today my customer tells me how moist and delicious my pound cakes are.
